Below you’ll find everything you need to know about using insurance, HSA/FSA funds, and what to expect when booking.

In-Network Insurance

We are currently in network with Aetna.

If you plan to use your Aetna insurance:

  • A referral with a diagnosis code is REQUIRED for all insurance appointments.

  • Insurance covers 4 units, which equals a 60-minute Medical Massage session.

  • When booking through insurance, you must select the 60-minute Medical Massage service in our online scheduler.

  • Other session lengths or specialty services are not covered by insurance.

This ensures your claim can be processed correctly and avoids unexpected charges.

Using Your HSA or FSA

We proudly accept HSA and FSA cards for all massage therapy services.

When paying with HSA/FSA:

  • No referral is required

  • You may schedule any type of session

  • You may choose any session length

  • Our system automatically provides itemized receipts for your records, if needed

Using your HSA/FSA is a flexible, stress-free way to prioritize your wellness without restriction.

Out-of-Network Plans

If your insurance plan is not Aetna:

  • You may pay out of pocket for your visit

  • Upon request, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance

  • Reimbursement varies by provider and policy

We encourage clients to check with their insurance company regarding out-of-network massage therapy benefits.
